Who we are

Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code or link. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Your videos
- Upload or link only videos you own or have permission to use
- Don’t use KinCut to track, identify or monitor people without their knowledge, or for any unlawful purpose
- You keep all rights to your videos; you allow us to process them only to provide KinCut to you
Payments
- Making and previewing reels is free. Unlocking full quality costs $4.99 per video (19,99 zł in Poland), or $9.99 for a pack of 3; prices include tax
- Payment is one-time, processed by Stripe; there is no subscription
- An unlock covers every reel, short and format made from that video
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected
Early preview
KinCut is a new service and still changing. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but face recognition can miss or mismatch people, and the service may be unavailable at times.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. You can stop using KinCut at any time and delete your account, with its videos, saved people and unused unlocks, from your account page.
